About the Founder
Sayon specializes in Design Strategy, Service Design and Design Research for creating delightful consumer experiences. He believes in creating impact and transforming businesses by bridging the gap between What and Why and designing solutions to unmet customer needs. During his career as Innovation Consultant he had the opportunity to work in diversified domains like software, sports, infrastructure, hospitality, finance with differently sized organisations ranging from early stage start-ups to MNCs in India and UK regarding culture of innovation, user experience and human centred design research. One of his core strength is designing prototype research tools to add depth to the insights and get more tangible results during synthesis.
